Skinie Toei is from the small city of Stanger, right outside of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. He is an upcoming rapper/lyricist slowly making waves in his home city. Inspitred by the execeptionality of Lil Wayne and Ludacris in the game, he began making music in the year 2011.
